At The Spunkzs LLC, all products are made-to-order. This means your order is created specifically for you once it’s placed.
🧵 Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
- This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging
- Processing times may increase during high-demand periods (drops, holidays)
🚚 Shipping Time Estimates
Once your order is fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear in the system.
🌍 Shipping Locations
We currently ship:
- United States
- Select international countries (based on fulfillment availability)
⚠️ Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.)
- Weather, customs, or transit issues
- High-volume seasons
🧾 Customs & International Fees
For international orders:
- Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply
- These are the responsibility of the customer
📍 Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- Reshipping fees may apply if the item is returned
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
- Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
- If needed, contact us and we’ll help guide next steps
We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
