At The Spunkzs LLC, every piece is created on demand. This allows us to produce intentionally—not in bulk.


🔁 Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Preference-based decisions

We strongly encourage reviewing sizing charts before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

We will make it right.

📩 Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions

Because items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Sizing issues
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

📦 Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.


💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
